Questions
How is the tenant count measured?
We count tenants who are staying (including those on notice). Tenants who have left are not counted.
What if I add tenants mid-month?
Your next bill uses the highest number of tenants you had during the period. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime — the difference is prorated.
What happens when WhatsApp messages run out?
Reminders keep going. Extra messages are added to your next bill at a small per-message price. We warn you at 80% and 100%.
What if I don’t pay on time?
You get a grace period. After that your account becomes read-only and reminders pause — your data is never deleted.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Sign up, try everything for 14 days, then pay by UPI, card or net banking.
